The Thang:
Thang 1: Mosey to Hill by Baseball Diamond for 11’s
Lunges at bottom (count right leg only), Bear Crawl up, Merkins at top
Thang 2: Chase the Rabbit (last week was the Hounds chasing the Fox so YHC decided to keep the chase theme going this week).
1 PAX, the Rabbit, runs with coupon around the small loop by basketball court and Rig while other PAX perform 25 of a movement (Rabbit’s choice) then chase/catch the Rabbit. Next PAX grabs coupon, chooses the next exercise for the remaining PAX and starting running. Wash, rinse, repeat a few times.
Thang3: The Rig Circuit
3 Sets of 3 exercises on the Rig with PAX rotating each minute (break in between sets)
