The Thang:
3 rounds of “burpee trees”, combining burpees interfused with another exercise. Start with 1 burpee + 1 rep of other exercise, then 2 burpees + 2 reps of other exercise, then 3 burpees + 3 reps of other exercise all the way up until 10 burpees + 10 of other exercise and then go all the way back down to 1 burpee + 1 of exercise (total it’s 19 burpees + 100 reps of exercise per round)
Rd 1: Burpees + merkins
Rd 2: Burpees + wall jumps
Rd 3: Burpees + CMU push press
Finisher:
ARMAP (as many rounds as possible) with remaining 20 min of workout
Each round consists of 7 pullups, 14 pushups, and one hill run by amphitheater
