Warm up: Side straddle hops, arm circles, weed pickers, don Quixote’s
The Thang: Benjamin’s. 25 curls and 25 overhead press. Between that we did 25 (each way) lunges, bear crawls, crab walk, step ups out to a 25 squat and back. Did a .25 mile lap between each set. Then took turns doing 25 of arms (overhead press, curls, and coupon swings), 25 of legs (squats, lunges, and walk outs), 25 abs (LBCs, American hammers, Freddie Mercury). Finished with a lap and 25 merkins.
