Mosey to Soccer field, pausing once for 10 Burpee Crunches OYO

Run around half of soccer field (cross at mid-field) after each circuit.
3 circuits. First circuit was 20 reps each exercise, but it was soon discovered that was a little aggressive. Circuits 2 and 3 were 10 reps of each exercise.

FNG introduce by Team Mom. Callsign is now “Pom-pom”. Grew up on a farm 30min north of Richmond, VA. Played football at Hampden-Sydney then transferred to UGA where he walked on the team.
