The Thang:
Mosey away from the flag, up the ramps, and around the parking lot to the trailer park, with a brief stop at the picnic tables for a set of 11s, Incline Merkins and Dips.
Mosey on away from the trailers, around the lot, and to the backside of the school to grab a coupon each.
Mosey around the side of the school for a 21 (it is the 21st after all). Leave your block and run down the driveway to the lightpole, 20 single leg lunges. Mosey back to the block, 1 curl for the girls. Mosey back to the light pole for 19 single leg lunges and back to the coupons for 2…you get the idea.
It’s amazying how much fun a set like this can be, and oh, the mumble chatter.
Finishing with little time to spare, we stowed our coupons and moseyed to the railing down the path to the track where we made a tunnel for HVAC to run through and then moseyed back to the flag.
