On Monday, YHC calculated a burn of 375 calories and thought we could do better. Today, we knocked out 540+. Well done. What drove the increased burn and higher heart rate? A long grueling beatdown up and down and back and forth across Bill the Hill.
Each Pax required his coupon and a desire to finish. 13 PAX entered the challenge.
Start at the bottom of Bill the hill
Run a short distance up BtH w/ coupon. Perform 5 OHP. Drop coupon
Run down BtH. Perform 5 Burpees
Run the short distance to the coupon. Perform 10 burpees.
Grab coupon, run down BtH. Perform 10 OHP. Drop coupon.
Run a medium distance up BtH. Perform 15 burpees. Run down BtH
Grap coupon. Perform 15 OHP.
Run a long distance with coupon up BtH. Perform 20 burpees. run down BtH with coupon. Perform 15 burpees.
Rinse and repeat downward from 15-15-10-10-5-5 across burpees and OHP.
Ultimately it is easier done than said.
