After disclaiming the workout for the benefit of our FNG and new to ATL pax, we launched into
SSH x 20 IC
Hillbillies x 15 IC
Standing lunge x 10 IC
Then moseyed to the middle of the meadow with a stop for Merkins x10 IC, then moved on to the rock pile
The Thang:
Since YHC fartsacked on my planned Halloween Q due to my 2.0’s midnight illness, I recycled the plan and we did a Musical Dora inspired by TopHat of F3 Alpha. One partner ran up the steps and back, while the other did the designated exercise, then flapjack roles every time the runner returned. Once the song was over, move to the next exercise.

We named our FNG Pebbles because he picked a small rock for the exercises. Maddie and Pebbles both hail from Birmingham and just graduated from Auburn in the spring.
