0529 – Usually disclaimers, introduction of the Van Halen-Haggar Set list for the morning as we waited for Breast Man to arrive…………… Breast Man? Where is Breast Man? I guess he is not coming, So off we went….
Warm Up

The Thang
– 6 Rounds,
– 400 meters followed by 20 reps of 3 exercises, rinse and repeat
– Rounds 1, 3, 5 (20 overhead press, goblin squats, curls)
– Rounds 2, 4, 6 (20 big boys, Freddie mercury, 20 advanced boat canoes) Mosey to Big Kitty
– Total 1.5 miles and 60 of each exercise
Planking with Big Kitty
– Plank exercises to include the Great Scorpion Stone Mountain Merkin, Floyd mayweathers, diamond merkins, 360 spin, recover, mosey to COT
