Jog around the block, ending up at the tennis courts.
The Thang:
- ladder sprints across the courts
- Bearway to heaven – Bear crawl out and crawl bear back
- Stop 1 = Halfway across court 1 – 20 merkins
- Stop 2 = all the way across court 1 – 15 merkins
- Stop 3 = start of court 2 – 10 merkins
- Stop 4 = midway across court 2 – 5 merkins
- Each time we get back to the start, tack on 20 smurf jacks
- 2 more ladder sprints
Walk back to the Rig, where we divided into 5 groups. Within each group, rotate so that one pax is doing a set of 50-60% of max pull ups while the other 2-3 pax are holding six inches. Rotated long enough that each pax had at least 4-5 sets of pull ups
