Warm up:Follow Me around School, back for some yoga strecthes: Warrior 1/High Lunge, into Warrior 2, into Peaceful Warrior, then Side Angle, hands down into low lunge, then plank, then into Chaturanga dandasana, upward facing dog, down-dog, then repeat on other side.

The Thang: 7’s: using the 2 sets of stairs behind DHS.  6 bupees at main parking lot steps, then 1 LBC at top of back stairs near tennis courts.  Then, Follow me down to football field, line up on sideline for bear-crawl to other sideline.  Nice work by Curveball- as always!  Follow me out to Vanderlyn Ln.  Plank for six.  More bearcrawling from Stop Bar up to yard waste bin on your left (about 30 yards) uphill.  Air chair/prisoner squats for six.  Follow me to Vanderlyn Elem. playground for mini Murph: 3 sets, ended by 1 more pull up for 31 days of January.  Head back to start, but bearcrawl in same spots we just did.  Finally, stop by the memorial garden for 1 set of dips IC x 17.  Circle up at COT for Monkey Humpers IC x 10.
