Then, Follow me down to football field, line up on sideline for bear-crawl to other sideline. Nice work by Curveball- as always! Follow me out to Vanderlyn Ln. Plank for six. More bearcrawling from Stop Bar up to yard waste bin on your left (about 30 yards) uphill. Air chair/prisoner squats for six. Follow me to Vanderlyn Elem. playground for mini Murph: 3 sets, ended by 1 more pull up for 31 days of January. Head back to start, but bearcrawl in same spots we just did. Finally, stop by the memorial garden for 1 set of dips IC x 17. Circle up at COT for Monkey Humpers IC x 10.
