The Thang:
All three of YHC’s 2.0s recently went back to in person school after over a year of at home distance learning. The back to school theme was the inspiration for this Billy Madison workout. Just like Billy we had to progress through each grade in short order. Each PAX starts with a karaoke run about 40 yards out and back in the meadow and complete 12 reps of an exercise representing that grade. Karaoke run out and back again, followed by the 1st grade exercise x 12 reps plus a new exercise x 12 reps. This concludes 2nd grade. Continue with the run out and back and adding an exercise each time until you’ve completed each of the 12 grades.
