We did body stretches because sleeping makes you stiff. Then we went on a 2 minute run to further loosen up the limbs
The Thang:
“At Home” with Barbara
This AM, I decided to listen to that terrible woman Barbara. She’s a mean one who cares about long, hard, full body workouts. Typically she would require 20 pull up, 30 merkins, 40 sit ups, and 50 body squats. But because we are stuck in the Zoom Gloom we did 20 bent over rows instead.
Barbara told us to perform 5 rounds of:
20 bent over rows
30 Merkins
40 Sit Ups
50 Body Squats
1.5-2 minutes rest in between

Thankful for the Zoom Gloom as our AOs have gotten closer. Hopefully we can stay connected if / when we meet in person again.
Continue to pray for Jumbo’s brother and his sister in law.
Spike’s son (17 years old) has started to lead an F3 Youth Movement. Way to go!
