YHC was delighted to see that on one of the 1st real crisp mornings of the Fall, 14 PAX braved the cold, emerged from the fartsack, took the DRP, and embraced the suck.
Warm up: (all IC, and X12 – times 2)

After round 1, a runners stretch on each side, followed by a mosey down to the creek, past the THOP and over to the cul de sac. After round 2, 10 large arm circles, forwards and backwards (OYO).
Mosey up the hill to the back gate.
The Thang:
Time for a circuit – (x4) – Mosey to the middle gate for HRMs (x10) – Mosey to the DIP wall – for well, DIPS (x20) – Mosey back to the mid-gate for Squats (x30) and Mosey back to the back gate for LBCs (x40).
(Big Apple was a beast on this course. FYI each loop is a 1/4 mile)
Mosey down the hill to the cul de sac for some Mary (mostly X12 and IC)

Mosey back to the wood chip trail and up, up the hill to the picnic tables, where Wreck-It exclaimed, i know what’s coming next…so YHC pivoted and we did just that, sort of. Incline Merkins and Squats (butt on the bench) – all IC and x10 (3 rounds)
Mosey all the way down the bottom to the stump circle. Dips (x12 and IC) and then Bulgarian Split Squats (x6 each leg and IC)
Mosey to the boardwalk and up to the trail. A mini Grateful Dead (one round with 10 HRMs).
Mosey back to the start.
CoT:
Fireballs took us out. Talked about the wealth of brotherhood that he is blessed to have in his life.
