The Thang:

Today we celebrate 7/20/1969, the day that the Apollo 11 mission landed on the moon.

There were three stations, roughly 15 feet apart; travel between stations was limited to “giant leaps for mankind” (broad jumps). When arriving at each station, execute 10 “small steps for man” (mountain climbers) each time before the specified exercise.

One exercise per station; each exercise was completed three times. First trip through the three stations was 10 reps each, then 15, then 20 reps each. Exercises, round one:
