The Thang:
– Tenny court for animal 4 square! 3x rounds pushing to go above 10 reps each round.
– 1st corner 10 pushups/toetouch / bear crawl to next corner
– 2nd corner 10 squat jumps / duck walk to next
– 3rd corner 10 burpees / crab walk to next
– 4th corner 10 dying roaches / frog hops long jumps to start
– bear crawl ring of fire – all pax take turns doing 10 merkins while the rest of the pax plank. After the 10 merkins are done the pax bear crawls in a circle till back at the beginning where the next pax performs his 10 merkins.
