With IPC in the rear view mirror, YHC took the opportunity to post and Q at The Beach on this fine gloomy morning. I was joined by 3, wait no 4, hold it 5 eventually (glad you made it out SoftHands), including an FNG.
Warm up: (all IC and X15 – 2 rounds -seperated by a run in between sets and another afterwars)

The Thang:
After our 2nd stroll, we ended up at the school for a 7 of Diamonds. A four corner style set with increasing reps each round, 4 stations per round:
- Round 1 – 7 Merkins
- Round 2 – 14 Squats
- Round 3 – 21 LBCs
- Round 4 – 28 SSH
Mosey over to the hill for a series of fun: Reverse Lunge Walking, Bear Crawl, Regular Lunge Walking, Crab Walk
Mosey to the loop and once a bit around, before pausing for some partner work.
3 sets each PAX of Cliffhanger Merkins (x10) and Cliffhanger Dips (x10). Lots of grumbling while this was going on.
At this point we lost Softhands.
The rest of made our way to the field for some quick Mary (all IC and X15)
