Mosey to the Summerhill parking lot, with stops along the way for Compass points (Front Lunge, Side Lunge, Back Lunge, all same leg, then switch legs. rinse and repeat), Komodo Dragon Walk, Calf Raises

At Summerhill Parking Lot, do a 4 station Route 66 Rotation: start with 1 rep per station, increasing the reps up to 11 after each round, move as partners. (We made it through 7s)

  1. Picnic table corner – Derkins
  2. NE corner – Box Cutters
  3. NW corner – Burpees
  4. SW corner – Bonnie Blairs

While moving, discuss some 2nd/3rd F questions with partner(s):
