The Thang:

  • Section 1: Split into two lines and Indigenous Peoples Run to Kroger on the Belt Line
    • 11s with BBSitups & Burpees on the Stairs – level of difficulty: 7/10 (9/10 after a mile run)
  • Section 2: Mosey back to the Meadow
    • Modified DORA (3 PAX per team) – level of difficulty: 5/10 (10/10 after section 1)
      • One PAX completes reps of:
        • 25 8-count Body Builders
        • 100 Merkins
        • 200 Squats
      • While the second PAX bear crawls to the third PAX (standing 20-yards opposite of the first PAX and completing as many reps of squat jumps as possible)
      • Upon reaching the third PAX, the second PAX begins squat jumps and the third PAX bear crawls back to the first
      • Rinse and Repeat until all reps of 25, 100 & 200 are complete
  • Surviving PAX Mosey back to the flag

  • Prayers for the changing of seasons and for God’s peace to wash over us all as stressors naturally arise
  • Reminder to live in community with others — we are meant for relationships
