Warm up:

YHC turned 30 over an extended weekend in Charleston.  Due to sleep deprivation and dehydration, YHC woke up early Monday morning feeling crusty (new word for hungover or not at peak performance) yet again. The planned workout was designed to be simple yet challenging, which it was.

SSH – High Knees – Butt Kickers – Weed Pickers – Imperial Walkers – Arm Circles – Bear Hugs – Raise the Roofs.

The Thang:

  1. Very Modified Murph X3 (YHC did not tell Pax about the second and third rounds until after the leader finished one round)
    1. Run .5 miles around the track
    2. 50 pushups
    3. 100 squats
      • Early Pax finished what the 6’s did not, so everyone completed the workout. One cool-down lap also occurred.
  2. Close out
    1. 15 burpees
    2. 15 pullups
