It’s summer! 16 hearty souls got up early on a Saturday and decided to start their weekend with a sweatfest with Seles.
Warm up:
11 Toy Soldiers, 11 Imperial Squawkers, 11 Hairy Rockettes, 11 Side Straddle Hops, 11 Mountain Climbers i.c. Rinse & Repeat
The Thang:
Every 5 minutes throughout the Thang we did 5 Dry Dock Crabs and 5 6-count Leg Raises i.c., so we started after the Warm up with 5 Dry Dock Crabs and 5 6-count Leg Raises!
Run the Woods Trail to the top of Nature Center hill
Alternate curb dips (11 i.c.) with curb derkins (11 i.c.) Rinse & Repeat
Mosey to bottom of Scout’s hill
Climb Scout’s hill with alternating Lunge walks, bear crawls, crab walks, broad jumps and inch worms up to the top.
Mosey down Chamblee Dunwoody then north on Roberts to Wyntercreek Tennis
Partner up: #1 does Burpees while #2 runs up the steps to the tennis courts and does 11 dips on the benches then runs back around the end by the pool; repeato
Warrior lunges to the top of the parking lot hill at Wyntercreek tennis
Mosey back to cul-de-sac at base of School hill
