Mosey to soccer fields
Partner up at base of hill adjacent to the fields: #1 run to the top and touch the fence then return and switch #2 Burpees Repeato 5X
Four Corners using half of soccer field: #1 10 Stone Mountains, #2 20 Sumo squats, #3 30 Box-cutters, #4 40 Overhead air presses Repeato 3X
Mosey back to picnic pavilion

Suds took us out. During name-o-rama, the PAX observed that we had a 29, 39, 49 and 63 year old represented! Happy Birthday to Wreck-it-Ralph!!!

Had a chance to exercise downrange at Stokasaurus in Carlsbad, California last Saturday. First time I ever played basketball as part of an F3 beatdown (5 on 5 for the last 15 minutes of the workout!) They had never seen an over 60 PAX before so I got no respect during name-o-rama!!!!
