Warm up:  SSH, Windmill, Toy Soldier, Can Opener, Arm Circles, Low Slow Squat, Squat Rock stretch, Runner’s Stretch.

Mosey to the stairs up to PCMS parking lot.  Run them 4 times.  At the final climb, pull over for start of . . . The Thang

The Thang:

100 – 6-count body builders

200 – Big Boy Situps

300 – Air Squats

400 – Side Straddle Hops

We only did half of the goal, and did them 1/4 at a time, moseying in between exercises all over PCMS and Brook Run Park.

CoT: Novocaine took us out

Naked Man Moleskin:  It was great to be back at F3 Patriot after about a month of travel.  I picked up this work out at F3 Austin “The Bridge”.  Highly encourage all to check out a local F3 site when you travel.  We are all the same, but different!
