Pax headed to meadow for multiple rounds of murder bunny madness on this Memorial Day Weekend.
Pax line up at edge of Meadow to Murder Bunny 10 yards, perform a series of movements, and repeat to 20 yards and 30 yards. Then bear crawl and coupon drag back to start.
Round 1: Murder Bunny 10 yards then 10 Manmaker Merkins, 10 Lunges w/coupon, 10 BBS w/coupon. Murder bunny to 20 yds.Repeat. Murder bunny to 30 yard line. Repeat. Once complete: Bear Crawl + Coupon Drag back to starting line.
Round 2 swapped out the following movements at 10, 20, 30 yds (with Murder Bunny in between): 10 coupon overhead press, 10 coupon rows, 10 half hernia with coupon (coupon overhead with leg raise to coupon); Once complete: Bear Crawl + Coupon Drag back to starting line
Round 3 swapped out the following movements at 10, 20, 30 yds (with Murder Bunny in between): 10 curls , 10 coupon dead lifts, 10 coupon American hammers. Bear Crawl + Coupon Drag back to starting line.
Round 4 swapped out the following movements at 10, 20, 30 yds (with Murder Bunny in between): 10 alpos, 10 coupon swings, 10 coupon flutters. Bear Crawl + Coupon Drag back to starting line.
After 4 rounds the Pax were tired of bear crawl + coupon drag so decided to give a new option for murder bunny hill.
Murder Bunny Hill Blockee Countdown
Murder Bunny up a hill, 10 Blockees at top, Rifle Carry down. Repeato with one less blockee each time at top of hill (9, 8, 7…1) Pax made it to 7 and time was called.
