13 PAX joined YHC to flex our sweet season parking passes to Stone Mountain and our swagger wagons (aka minivan) to drive to the granite rock and execute our annual summit. We had my 2.0 in tow, Connor, the youngest FNG yet.
Upon dispembarking from our vehicles:
Warm O Rama
– 20x IC Side Straddle Hop
– 10x IC Imperial Walkers
– 10x IC Cotton Picker
– Potter’s runner’s stretch
The Thang – Mosey up Stone Mountain Walk Up trail, carrying not one, but two shovel flags, with Reggie from Chastain representing.
Upon reaching the summit:
– Elevens, Stone Mountain Push-Ups (of course!) and Toyotas
– 10x Burpees
– 20x Big Boy situps
– Photo Op!!
We then moseyed back down, stopping at the picnic shelter for:
– 15x Dips IC
– 20x step ups
– 15x Dips IC
Continued our Mosey:
– 10x Burpees
– 10x Prisoner Squats IC
My 2.0, Connor was granted a name, Terminator, in honor of the great John Connor. He then proceeeded to pass out in the van and even turned down donuts.
