10 hill sprints, 1 partner at a time

partner 1: hill sprint

partner 2: rotate reps

merkins on rep 1,4,7.

LBC on rep 2,5,8

squats or lunges for rep 3,6,9

10th hill sprint – sprint together, then 10 burpees

mosey back to beginning – stretch and wrap up
