Warm up:

YHC started the “chill” workout with 8 minutes of classic dynamic stretching all focused on the legs.

The Thang:

15 minutes of shame

1) Legs (15 min)

  • Exercise with weapon of choice (50lb sandbags, coupon, or chemical bonds steering wheel)
  • Exercises: (Squat, Lunge, Deadlift)
  • Rules: start with one rep of each exercise. When completed do 2 reps of each exercise. Then 3 reps, 4,5,6…
  • Leader made it to 15 reps of each.

2) Upper Body (15 min)

  • using body weight the exercises were  Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, and dips.
  • Rules: Start with 1 Pull Up 2 Push Up and 3 dips. Seconds round was 2,4,6. Third round was 3,6,8. Each round increased in those intervals.
  • Leader made it to round 9.
