mosey back to CoT stopping twice on the way back to do 10 x merkins, squats and side straddle hops and to run the steps once.

Flip Phone is not on the Pax list and was at the beatdown today. A good day to be back. Juan, a friend of Louis Lane was a FNG today. For obscure reasons known only to the Pax, he was named Canuk. YHC was negligent in his Q duties and did not gather the required FNG info at the beat down. Take it out of my pay.
14 at this morning’s beatdown. I think it might be a record for Patriot. It was great to have everyone there on this warm, humid morning. I loved the mumble chatter. We got a little taste of summer today. YHC thought it felt good.
