Partner up, mosey 3 laps – each lap, stopping at a ‘corner’ for an exercise:
Stop 1: 11 Hand Release Merkins
Stop 2: 10 Burpees
Stop 3: 20 Prisoner Squats
Stop 4: 12 pull-ups (6 each PAX)
During the mosey, topics to discuss for each lap:

Lap 3: upcoming holiday plans/traditions/stress (or continue lap 2 topic)
