Today is cold, so we had to get warm quick.

The Thang:
YHC visited 2 AOs downrange in the past 2 weeks, so today’s workout incorporated mostly a San Francisco beatdown + some of a Boston beatdown.
Ran to different parts of the park & did the 3 exercises at each stop, ladder style… 10, 20, 30… next stop 20, 30, 40… 30, 40, 50… and so on. Some OYO, some cadence, some easy count, some hard-count.
10 burpees, 20 dips, 30 merkins (various styles), 40 squats, 50 plankjacks, 60 bonnie blairs, 70 OH claps, 80 mtn climbers, 90 Moroccan night clubs, 100 abs. Abs were done in 4 sets of 25, where whichever PAX finished first would yell go then we’d do a sprint across Park Dr bridge.
CoT:
Gronkin’s Great Uncle’s family. Reflection of how cool & unique of a community F3 nation is to go downrange and meet others, learn new workouts, fellowship, etc.
