Moseyed to bottom of hill by Austin Elementary and started the climb the second Tower. This time alternating 9 Bear Crawls with 19 Lunges to the to. Planked for the six.
Moseyed back to the Firehouse and Completed 4 sets of Heels to Heaven for a total of 9 sets
Mosey to old Austin to commemorate Flight 93 that went down in a field in PA and 44 died includes 4 terrorists, we honored the 40 non-terrorist passengers with OYO 40 Heels to heaven and 93 Curb Toe Taps
