Warm up: SSH (20), Shoulder taps(20), SLS(20) butt kickers and high knees in the parking lot curb to curb.
The Thang: Grabbed a coupon and lined up on the side line facing DHS. Workout : 1st round @ the starting position we did: 20 curls, 20 shoulder press,20 squats, 20 curls and in between each one ran to the other end and did 20 merkins. 2nd round @ starting position we did 20 KBS,20 Squats, 20 shoulder press, 20 curls with the same in between workout as round 1.
Mary in between pt 1 and pt 2 : 2o lbc,20 HtoH, 20 mason twist.
After putting our coupons away we lunged across the field to wild cat circle benches and did 11’s of step ups and incline merkins.
Calf raises on the stairs : 25 regular, 25 toes out, 25 toes in, 25 regular and then back to the DHS parking lot.
Broad jumps across the parking lot and sprint back set of 2 to wrap things up.
