On a morning where F3 Atlanta is celebrating the 1000th beatdown at Hot Tin Roof, Shadow decided to join in the celebrations with a traditional Seles beatdown. 13 brave souls showed up in the HIGH humidity to participate in the occasion!

Mosey to Apostolic Church for 4 Corners: 10 Burpees at #1, 20 Stone Mountains at #2, 30 ABCs at #3, 40 Moroccan Nightclubs at #4 (all single count except Moroccan’s in i.c. count) then come back to corner 3, 2 and 1 with same numbers.
Mosey down Roberts to bottom of hill then turn right and come up the back path into the old Austin school to the first circular drive.
Crab Walk ring of crab walk. Crab walk clockwise around the circle stopping twice for 10 crab taps i.c.
Mosey to other circle to the left of entrance for Bear Crawl ring of bear crawl. Bear crawl counter-clockwise around the circle stopping twice for 10 merkins.
Mosey to fire station lot for Mary: 21 Box-cutters i.c. 3X
Mosey to cul-de-sac at bottom of new Austin school hill for Mary: 21 Heels-to-Heaven i.c. 3X
