The Thang:
- Mosey over to the Ampitheater and alternate between Wall jumps/step-up and wall dips starting with 2 wall jumps and 14 dips for a total 16 count; each set increment/decrement by 2 until complete. Plank for the six.
- Mosey over to field in front of the big pavilion where we set cones in a diamond with each of the 4 points roughly 15-20 yards apart for the main activity, the 7 of Diamonds which consisted of:
- 7 Burpees x 4 sets
- 14 Squats x 4 sets
- 21 merkins x 4 sets
- 28 Freddy Mercuries x 4 sets
- 35 right-left jabs x 4 sets (a good P90x throwback)
- 42 LBC’s x 4 sets
- 49 Overhead Presses x 4 sets
- for those who finished, the reward was rinse and repeat 🙂
- Mosey back to the baseball fields and with 3 minutes left, so straight to
- 16 count low lolitas
- 16 heels to heaven
- 16 high Dolly’s
