Today felt like a good day to go “back to basics”, so 15 hearty men came out to the Shadow to experience another Seles beatdown inspired by the old days at Chastain where ABC led the way with simple but repetitive exercise arrangements.
Warm up:

The Thang:
Mosey through the woods to the school hill and up to the parking lot of the cafeteria side of the school.
4 minutes of Mary: 8 ex., 30 sec each: Mason Twist, Low Flutter, Heels-to-Heaven, Box-cutters, Dying Cockroach, Low Dolly, 30-60-90 Protractors, ABCs
Mosey to front entrance of school and pair up: Partner 1 Wall Sits while Partner 2 does Caraoke run on the north side of the oval drive and backwards run on the south side; switch 3X
Mosey back to start for Pyramid in 3D: 5 Side Straddle Hops, 5 Stone Mountains, 5 LBCs i.c. then 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 5
Trail Run to top of Nature Center Hill

Mosey to steps on south side of school and run 5X
