YHC decided to be all hipster with my Q today and avoid all the mainstream exercises like they have coronavirus.

Warm up:

  1. High knees (definitely not SSH)

  3. Hillbillies
  4. Peter Parkers

Mosey to circle near the bridge across the pond, where we duck walked in a circle before continuing to the active oval baseball field

The Thang:

Bearway to heaven

  • Do 20 Tin soldiers
  • Bearcrawl to first base
  • Do 20 leg lifts
  • Crawlbear back to home
  • Repeato x5, then reverse plank for the 6 and 2 10 cts

Then, alternate between an exercise and running around the infield (easy pace from home to 1st, push along the curve, easy pace from 3rd to home)

  1. Plank Jacks x 25
  2. Derricks x10 each leg
  3. Jack rabbits x25
  4. Monkey Humpers x 50
