The Thang:
Chuckie turned 30 this past Tuesday, so YHC designated today’s workout as a belated bday party.
Chuckie enjoys running, so we went on a run! YHC carried a speaker to provide our soundtrack: “Top 100 BillBoard hits from 1991”
PAX were provided with ‘presents’ (F3 workout cards) to give to Chuckie to ‘open’ (read & announce the exercise) at various stops along the run. Every exercise was 30 reps or 30 count. Exercises included: dips, mary catherines, merkins, monkey humpers, walking lunges, LBCs, incline merkins, squats, hand release merkins, and low slow squats. Chuckie got in some practice announcing exercises and counting, as he preps for his VQ. PAX made it back to the start with enough time to do 30 American Hammers. We ran 2.2 miles – everyone has a different pace, so as PAX waited for the six, we’d hold plank or Al Gore.
