All 12 count: SSH, Windmill, Imperial Walker, Mountain Climber, Shoulder Tap. Run lap around ball field then repeat exercises. Mosey to Amphitheater
The Thang 1: EMOM in the Theater
Every Minute, on the Minute: A variation of 11’s but we did 16’s instead: 1 Dip/15 Incline Merkins, then 10 squats. Next minute do 2 Dips/14 Incline Merkins and 10 squats, etc. Continue to 15 Dips/1 incline Merkin. (total 120 Dips and 120 Incline Merkins) Should have 20 seconds of rest each minute. To increase intensity, some did more squats or Burpee Jacks instead of squats. Mosey back to ball field.
The Thang 2:
Start in Center Field on Warning track. Side-skip lunges (switch L/R as you wish) to the foul line. Run to home plate and back to Center Field.
Bear crawl to Right Field foul line. Run to home plate and back to Center Field.
Wrap up with Lunges to Left Field.

Praise for Dribble who did his first DOUBLE MARATHON in 12+ hours over the weekend. Novocaine mentioned visiting 3 different AOs over spring break: 2 in Memphis and 1 in Nashville. Picked up some new tips we’ll be seeing in future beat downs. Novocaine took us out.
