Monday Motivation beatdowns are all about getting to bed early on a sunday night, shaking off the sleepiness from the weekend and creating some sweat before the grind of the work week. Today was no different for the three of us. Credit from The Pulpit joined The Rig and we were happy to have him.
The Thang:
We ran from Summerhill and through Grant Park. Periodically we stopped at stations and did a series of movements. Most of these movements were dictated by a deck of cards (in honor of The Pulpit 😉 )
Burpees, Merkins, Squats and Reverse Crunches + a series of 11s at the Erskine Fountain supported a full 45 minute workout of movement.
