On April 1, April Fools Day, it got COLD. Nevertheless, 10 PAX stepped into the Gloom to better themselves. Or in this case, to measure by how much they have bettered themselves.

The Anvil workout is a benchmark to test your level of fitness. A 30-minute clock is set and PAX perform as many rounds as possible of a routine that is purposefully designed for you to not finish.

Like all Thursdays at The Rig, YHC was most looking forward to the community and coffee afterwards.

Warm up:

We did some mosey, we stretched, and performed a few of the anvil movements.

The Thang:

Naked Man Moleskin:

YHC always forgets the shovel(flag) and needs accountability to bring it. Some PAX hope that one day Hero Donuts will be willing to sell us coffee before opening time. Time to build a relationship!
