Those questions turned to disbelief as your YHC took the Q reigns relegating @Reggie to the bullpen but welcoming @Bunny back from an injury hiatus.
Warm up:

The Thang:
- Back to Front Sprint / Mosey to Bologna’s Playground
- YHC demoed 12 exercises (for 12 PAX…better to be lucky than good) while personally cleaning each piece of equipment

- 80s hard rock on the “loud” speaker and tabata timer running…1 min max effort followed by 30 sec rest/transition
- 3 tier Wall jumps
- Stability Dirkins (feet on swings)
- V Ups or Standing Swings (sitting in swing or feet anchored)
- Spider Merkins (on ropes)
- Incline Merkins (on slide)
- Slide climbs (oof)
- Max pull-ups and then shift to jumping pull-ups (on the treehouse platform)
- Bear Crawl the hill down and then Bear Crawl hill backwards (Crabwalk modification)
- Hanging rows (from the monkey bars; incline row modification)
- Toes to elbow or “L” Hang (from other monkey bars)
- Burpee broad jump up the hill
- Wall dips

- Scramble Mosey back as YHC was informed we were going to be late
