Warm up:

We split into 3 pairs. To get to Stonehenge 1, one partner Farmer Carried the 2 coupons, while the other partner bear crawl. Switch roles halfway to Stonehenge 1. Drop the coupons at Stonehenge 1 and run a lap around the meadow. Rifle carry coupons to bottom of Oak Hill
The Thang:
Heartbreak 123s (Dora-style partner up and complete reps together, one partner exercising as the other runs up the hill)
- 100 Overhead Press
- 125 Block Curls
- 150 Straight Leg Deadlift
- 175 Rows w/ coupon
- 200 weighted squats (ended up being combo of goblet and placing coupon on shoulders)
We repeated the bear crawl / farmer carry mode of transport on the way back to the flag. Around this point, someone pointed out this was like a weird circus parade.

Gates shared some anxieties over the way one of his kids is responding to stress, and shared that the work conflict has gotten better, but is still somewhat strained.
