The Thang:

Mosey down to “Sunrise Porch” where I asked three pax to choose an exercise. This led to a Dora 1-2-3 workout:

100 J-Lo’s (left and right add up to 1)

200 merkins

300 two hand vertical leaps

max set of 50 of one exercise. In between sets, run one set of stairs and do a set of 10 big boy sit-ups.

Run back to red lot.

Reggie reminded us about the Georgia Works program and the weekly workout on Tuesday at 4:30 pm. Helping men get back on their feet literally and figuratively. Ginger Bear closed us out with some words of thankfulness and grace.
