The Thang:
Act 1: Mosey to the Stonehenge 1, where we did 11s with leg raises and squat jumps
Act 2: Mosey to the circle by the bridge over the lake, where we started a ladder.
Exercise list:
- 5 Burpees
- 10 LBCs
- 15 Merkins
- 20 Lunges (count each leg)
- 25 flutter kicks (count left leg only)
- 30 second superman hold
- 35 Squats
- 40 Mountain climbers
Round 1 was 5 burpees. Round 2 was 5 burpees, 10 LBCs. Round 3 was 5 burpees, 10 LBCs, 15 Merkins… and so on. After adding the 25 flutter kicks, we moseyed a bit and resumed in a field in the SW corner of the park.
Act 3: Mosey to Oak hill. Run a hill sprint, come down, plank for 30-45 seconds to catch our breath, aiming to start the sprint every 2 minutes. We ran the hill 5 times.
Act 4: Return to the flag, and every pax called a Mary exercise
