Today’s beatdown was the last of three exploratory missions to establish a new AO south of I-20. Today we explored the grounds of Glenwood Park. A circular private park that sweetly nestled just south of I-20 along the Beltline.
Warm up:
Short and sweet – Stretch the body, run 2 labs around Glenwood Park (500m), and wall jumps
The Thang:

Circle of Trust was merged with Coffeeteria at the local Waffle House. We discussed re-connecting with PAX who we haven’t seen (e.g., Red Ryder, Full House, Minnie, Tooth Fairy, and Mudder).
We learned that Waffle House charges the same price for a small or a large coffee. A large coffee is really XXXL coffee and can be shared across PAX. Does this coffee benefit support planting a flag in Glenwood Park? Only a PAX poll will tell.
