The Thang:
Mosey down to the track…
Bear crawl for about 50Meters. This will warm the PAX up for later.
Stand up and mosey to the coupon rack for coupon selection processing
Move coupon out to Vanderlyn road – set coupon aside; break time for 3min round of burpees/air squats
Collect coupon and mosey towards playground (pax are able to exercise their creative during this portion of the workout. Some prefer the grocery carry, some boom box, some backpack, and even for a brief time the Cusack.
After we went a ways, we stopped off for curb dips x20 to ensure heart rate doesn’t drop too much. Continue to playground
Next up – circuit training:
1. Murder bunny out and back across playground w/coupon in tow
2. Rest the coupon; 5 burpees
3. Run across school carpool lane/area and back around.

Since time was a priority as usual, we quickly pivoted to a plank break waiting for the 6. Then on to 3 sets of Mary (LBC, low Dolly, dieing cockroach all ICx20)
So that no PAX are returned home late, we mosey back double time with coupons in tow, a quick plank for the 6 and then the first “running” of the day back to COT
