Loop around the parking lot in front of Austin with the gates:
Bear crawl to the first gate, Alligator underneath the gate. Run to the curb block at mid parking lot and do 5 merkins. Run to the next gate, do Alligator underneath and bear crawl to the next gate. Alligator underneath the gate. Run to the curb block at mid parking lot and do 5 merkins. Run to the last gate, do Alligator underneath and start bear crawling again for 3 loops around the parking lot.
Squats for the six. I remarked the great thing about being the Q is you can come up with a workout – no matter how crazy and the Pax will do it!
Mosey down to the cul-de-sac for Mary:
