Mosey to Lakesprings Cul-de-sac for 10 Merkins, 10 Burpees
Follow YHC through the pitch black dark path with trip hazards, stairs and uneven ground. Don’t fall in the lake! Luckily, YHC didn’t hear a splash.
SSH on the Six.
Mosey down Lakesprings, across the bridge and to the end of Vanderlyn Drive.
Chase the Bear up the hill to the crest. Chain Gang and Gold Bond made it first and ended the pain for the rest of the Pax.
Mosey down to the bottom of the Vanderlyn Drive hill. Pause here for for 10 Merkins, 10 Burpees.
Jailbreak to the Vermack Rd intersection.
Lunge walk back to the DHS driveway.
Burpee ladder in front of the high school, with increasing burpees at each no parking sign.
Halt around 6-7 burpees and mosey back to COT
