With Reggie out of pocket, YHC took advantage of a long abscense from Hope to make a guest appearance and grab the Q. Was delighted when Gates appeared out of the gloom and overjoyed when DADU emerged from the Mission to join us. After exchanging pleasantries, we got down to business.

After 1st round took a lap around the block. After 2nd round, took a slightly longer lap around the block.
The Thang:
Grabbed YHCs sandbags, and while 2 pax used the bags, one pax ran down to the far fence and back, stopping for X20 of something and then returning.
1st Round – Squats with bag on shoulders / Runner did Merkins
