The Thang:
A Sheldon Cooper for this beach goers this morning (see the exicon). Following that, merkins to failure. Then we moseyed to a nearby hill, jogged up backwards then walked back down. Continued the mosey for a little loop down Skyland drive to Drew valley, then back through the townhomes to the parking lot. A 30 second plank took us to 45 minutes even.
