- Modified Dora:
- Sandbag or Coupon Swings x200 – other partner does 5 pull-ups at the rig at runs back to continue the swings. Hold plank after the group reaches 200 swings.
- Sandbag or Coupon Squats x160 – other partner does 15 pushups at the rig at runs back to continue the squats. Hold plank after the group reaches 160 squats.
- Bonnie Blairs x20 single leg count while partner does bicep curls. Partners would rotate after 20 Bonnie Blair’s were complete. Hold plank after 160 Bonnie Blair’s.
- Wallace x50 (power clean into a squat into a shoulder press) – other partner does 15 calf raises and returns. Hold plank after the group reaches 50.
- Final workout
- As the real William Wallace died of a beheading, we needed to strengthen our necks.
